hello guys, i have resolved this problem. if you get the same error as mine, try to change your win10 or win11 to pro-edition! i think this error is only caused by win's family-edition. 嘿，老少爷们，咱搞定这个问题了 如果你也有这个报错，搞个专业版win系统吧！ 我觉得就是家庭版系统对某些功能有限制！
