Can anyone share the link to the game file. I cant find it anymore, all links are broken. 

Still looking for guidance on Dead Heat Arcade. I can Run Americas Army, Dead Heat Riders and After Burner Climax with no problems. Someone suggested looking into my GPU settings but not sure what to change anymore.

GPU -  gtx 1660ti

ROM -  US v.6273

I have that exact problem too and for quite a while now. This ran fine when this first came out on Teknoparrot, after a few updates this comes up. I have 1650 GTX. However America's Army works fine!

Have you tried it now with the new update? I will try later tonight when i get home

Guys im having an issue with loading dead heat. Tried in non window and window mode. Budgieloader stays loading and never opens the game. If I click on the screen it turns white and shows not responding with the loading icon. Ive waiting for 5,10, minutes each try but doesn't work. Someone said it might have to do with my graphic settings. I have a gtx 1660ti

Im using US v.6273.. Things I've tried - turn off Bluetooth, added elfldr2/ budgieloader.exe to my windows graphic settings, enabled high performance for budgieloader program in nvidia control panel, turned off all other lan connections besides main one, added all visual c++ files... Result - still not working. 

P.S - under the DOS prompt I receive starting game confirmation and the failed to change eth0(normal i know)
