Il ne s'agit PAS d'un émulateur (tout au plus, il y a une émulation de certaines commandes d'entrées/sorties). The one who posted that is real, it's one of the moderators of NFOHump, so a trusted source. Unless this is a huge, elaborated april fools joke, there's no reason to think he's not legit. Sega Racing Classics is a Ring Edge compilation of "old" games, in this case Daytona USA model2b version. As you can see from the screenshots, the emulator has issues rendering some textures (namely the road, the shadows and also the adverts stands) which adds more weight to the fact that is real. He do confirms that there are some graphical glitches as well. What i think, honestly, is that it is real.
