The jvsmanager is working properly and tty0tty configured properly.  But I think the problem is that the system can't find "DEFAULT_GHOST_EX.BIN" file . If yes , can somebody send the file to me ?

Hi guys, I'm having a bit of a issue with I/0 error.  I have gotten the game to run just fine few times when it somehow connected with JVS controllers but most of the time the I/0 board address stays at status "nothing".  

What might be causing this? Everything seems to be working fine since the game does launch but it's in around 20 - 30 tries and sometimes it just doesn't.  Any help will be appreciated.  Thanks! :]

any help guys please? :|   The tty0tty is working fine. I've checked controller output by reading it through cat /dev/tnt1 and it's outputing the keys but for some reason the game can't connect to the I/O board, it just keeps shifting between status "nothing" and "Address".  

I've only gotten it to run few  time but now it wont recognize the controller at all no matter how many times I try.  I'v tried changing ports and even reinstalled everything again but it's the same.

You pretty much need faster VM, try to change your VM from 1 to 2 or 4 cores CPU

Can you tell me why would cpu cores matter, if we're only getting controller input from vm? I'm running it on a dual core, so I can only set it to 2 cores, and the game does work fine the few times it has connected. 

My current gaming pc has amd gpu, so I'm using a older spare pc that I usually use for emulation. 

I just don't understand why it just randomly connects and doesn't most of the time.  :|  Maybe I'll try other vm versions.
