This emulator has come on leaps and bounds recently, especially Sega Rally 2 and scud race, but one of the best games even today for me is still Fighting Vipers 2 it is just like I remember it, unlike the not so much so dreamcast version. Well done on the new loader guys, it has transformed this emulator.

It could be anything, If you have tried everything else suggested and it still doesn't work, delete the files you have extracted to the game folder and just unzip them again, just start from the files that you downloaded in the first instance and only replace the suggested iDmac files with the ones from a page or two back.

Your computer specs should be more than enough, I running it at the moment on my old compact desktop size HPZ230 Workstation with an E3 1225 v3 CPU at 3.20 GHZ, 8gb DDR3 and a low profile Nvidia 750ti, without even a SSD hard drive, so it is not your specs that are stopping it from running unless you have loads of other stuff running in the background or particularly aggressive anti virus software.
