  1. Okay, I now have solved the aspect ratio problem. However, the next issue I have is when DL2 starts, when the overweight lady is about to hit Dirk with the rolling pin, and you are supposed to move left, the screen suddenly jumps to Dirk grabbing the bow/arrow in the cave, and then skips to him scooping up the key in the cave later on and then starts over from the beginning. Does this have to do with my framefile? Thanks
  2. Okay, I solved most of my problem. It turns out I had to "parse" the video file. However, the video in Daphne is showing "squeezed", so I'm wondering how I can force the Daphne window to open in the correct aspect ratio?
  3. I am hoping someone can help me. I am using Daphne on a Mac. I have downloaded the m2v file for both Dragon's Lair 1 and 2 that accumbens pointed to (along with the dl2 ogg file). I placed the Dragon's Lair m2v file (lair.m2v) into the folder: DAPHNE User Data > vldp_dl > lair When I try to start the game I immediately get an error. My error log shows the error as: "LDP-VLDP ERROR : first video file could not be opened! Could not initialize laserdisc player!" I don't know how to run the command line mentioned earlier. But I can confirm the following settings: - 640 x 480 (there is no option for me to choose 1280 x 720 in the drop down list) - OpenGL - No Rotation - Disable Ignore Correct Aspect Rotation There is a "custom command line settings" spot in the "Advanced" tab. I tried copying/pasting the line in accumbens post but that didn't work either. Any help would be appreciated. I'm not really well versed in this stuff, but I'm not a novice either. I would also appreciate help with DL2 as well once I can get this one figured out. Also as a side question, in my DL framefile it says (==== not in the text file, I'm just adding them to help separate from my text) - ===================== . 151 lair.m2v ===================== What does the 151 refer to? Thanks in advance.
